Terms and Conditions of Purchase

LCF Carpets

 

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made with LCF Carpets. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following:

 

1. General Provisions

 

1.1. These Terms apply to all sales of goods and services provided by LCF Carpets.

1.2. No variation or modification of these Terms shall apply unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.

 

2. Orders

 

2.1. Orders will be processed only upon receipt of full details of the Customer's requirements.

2.2. A confirmed order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

 

3.1. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Payments are due in full within 28 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Late Payment Charges

 

4.1. Payments not received by the due date will incur a late payment charge of 10% per month of the outstanding amount, calculated monthly until payment is received in full.

4.2. In the event of late payment, LCF Carpets reserves the right to:

 

Suspend or cancel any pending orders.

 

Recover costs associated with debt recovery, including legal fees if applicable.

 

 

5. Delivery

 

5.1. Delivery dates provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. LCF Carpets shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.

5.2. Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

 

6.1. Goods may only be returned with prior written approval from LCF Carpets.

6.2. Refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection and acceptance of returned goods.

 

7. Warranty and Liability

 

7.1. LCF Carpets warrants that all goods will conform to the specifications agreed upon at the time of sale.

7.2. LCF Carpets' liability for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at its discretion.

 

8. Customer Obligations

 

8.1. The Customer must ensure that all site conditions are suitable for installation before delivery or fitting.

8.2. Any delays caused by the Customer may incur additional charges.

 

9. Force Majeure

 

LCF Carpets shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
